Celebrating your child’s birthday party or special event at Rader Family Farms will be one they talk about for months. There are so many fun activities to do; everyone is bound to have an amazing experience. Check it all out here.
Weekday, Columbus Day and weekend reservations
Sept. 7 through Oct. 27
Start times at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (You May Arrive at 10 am or 3 pm at the Admissions Building (Season pass holder/Online Ticket Sales Window) to pick up your wristband envelope. We highly recommend picking up your wristbands prior to your scheduled birthday event to avoid wait times in admission lines. Event Packages
#1 - Barnyard Party Package (Available Wednesday-Sunday) - $300
Package includes:
- Private party location and exclusive access to an enclosed event space with seating for up to 20-30 paid admission guests (Activity Wristbands apply for all guests 5yrs and older who are attending)
- Season passholders may use their passes for Admission and must show passes
- 2 hours at The Roost party location w/all day access to the farm (Party host may pick up wristbands ahead of time for guests to enjoy the farm before or after their reserved event time during regular farm operating hours)
- Reserved covered patio with access to additional seating
- Firepit available (See Fun at the Farm Extras)
- Convenient access to indoor restrooms and Activities area
- Unlimited access to the farm on the day of your event during the normal hours of operation (Plan to play after or before your event space party time!)
- 10 activity admission wristbands (required for each party guest 5 years old and up, including the birthday guest)
- 2 complimentary host Activity admission wristbands
- 2 additional complimentary activity admission wristbands for Season Pass Holders booking a party package
- Rader Family Farms souvenir T-shirt for the special guest
- Farm shout outs to the birthday guest
- 10 Birthday party gift bags, which includes a mini hand-picked pumpkin grown on the farm
- Guests are welcome to bring their own cake/cupcakes for dessert. We ask that you bring your own plates/napkins.
- No other outside food or drinks are allowed on the farm
- Extra attractions (See FUN AT THE FARM EXTRAS below)
#2 - Farmtastic Party Package (Available Wednesday - Sunday) $350
Package includes:
- Private party location and exclusive access to an enclosed event space with seating for up to 20-30 paid admission guests (Activity wristbands apply for ALL guests 5yrs and older who are attending)
- Season passholders may use their passes for Admission and must show passes
- 2 hours at The Roost party location with all day access to the farm. (Party host may pick up wristbands ahead of time for guests to enjoy the farm before or after their reserved event time during regular farm operating hours)
- Reserved covered patio with access to additional seating
- Firepit available (See Fun at the Farm Extras)
- Convenient access to indoor restrooms and Activities area
- Unlimited access to the farm on the day of your event during the normal hours of operation
- 12 wristbands (required for each party guest 5 years old and up, including the birthday guest)
- 2 complimentary host activity wristbands

Prices subject to change without notice. Some items are not available on weekdays. ORDERS ARE DUE THE TUESDAY PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.

B. Sweets and Drinks:
- $20 -- S'more kits for 15 guests
- $24 -- 2 dozen (24) Pumpkin Donuts
- $12 -- 1 gallon cider with cups
- $10 -- 1 case of water (24 bottles)
C. Farm adventure:
- $30 -- Private Fire Pit (90 minutes)
- $5 -- Goat feed in a cup
- $5 -- Additional Birthday Party Gift Bags
- $17.95 per guest -- Weekday Activity admission (5 years and above require paid admission)
- $19.95 per guest -- Weekend Activity admission (5 years and above require paid admission)
- $50 -- 1 Additional hour of The Roost event location
Scheduling and paying for your party
*After choosing one of the party packages with the chosen date and time, you will receive an email with the link to make your payment in full for the package chosen. (Only the times available will be shown.) Please select only one!
*Once your payment is made online, your event is booked!
*Once a party package is paid you will receive an additional email with a link to choose from the Fun at the Farm Extras. Any Fun at the Farm Extras will need to be paid 48 hours prior to the scheduled party.
*NO same day food requests or birthday add-ons will be accepted. Any additional requests the day of your party may be paid at Admissions or if applicable, one of the food venues.
What to expect the day of your birthday party:
*We look forward to your arrival (up to a half-hour prior)! A staff member will meet you at the Admissions booth.
NOTE: Parties that are booked at our afternoon time slots may come earlier and scheduled morning events may stay until 6 pm to enjoy the activities prior to or after your birthday party rental time. Events scheduled in the earlier time slot may enjoy the farm for the remainder of the day.
*You are responsible for handing out the wristbands to your guests prior to their entry to the Activities area. All guests (ages 5 years+) attending your party will need a paid birthday admissions wristband.
Season pass holders:
*Season passes may be used as admission for birthday parties. In addition, Hosts booking an event who are Season Pass Holders will receive 2 additional complimentary Activity Admission wristbands for the same day. For additional information, please review our Season Pass Guidelines.
Food/party policies
*Per farm policy, no outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought onto the farm with the exception of a cake or cupcakes with each event.
Weather cancellations
Refunds will be made only if the farm is CLOSED on the day of your scheduled event due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond the farm's control. If the farm is closed the day of your party, we will notify you as soon as possible. Facebook and our website are the first place for all closure notifications. We will make every effort to reschedule your event based on availability.
Cancellation/refund policy
If you choose to cancel your party within 8 or more days of your scheduled event, you will be refunded 50 percent of your Birthday Party Package. NO REFUNDS will be made within 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Every effort will be made to reschedule your event based on availability.
Other items to note...
*Activity (birthday) wristbands are valid for the party day only. Non-paying guests, such as those dropping off or picking up guests, are welcome to wait in the free-access areas, but will not be able to come into the Activities area without purchasing a wristband. We will not be able to retrieve party guests upon their ride's request. The Admissions team will not give out wristbands to anyone other than the party host.
*All parties end by 6 pm.
*Last entrance to the corn maze is one hour before closing time.
*Please be respectful of the 2-hour time slot you reserved and follow the Farm Safety rules. Please clean up your party area, leaving it the way you found it. Notify a staff member if you have any questions or concerns so they may be addressed as quickly as possible.
